
MISSION
The mission of the Territorial Youth Band is to encourage young Salvationist musicians in musical and spiritual development through fellowship and performance opportunities led by the Territorial Music and Gospel Arts Department.
Information
The Canada and Bermuda Territorial Youth Band, conducted by Territorial Secretary for Music and Gospel Arts Craig Lewis, is being formed to participate in the 2019 Rose Bowl Parade in California. This nine day trip will include an international music camp with several other Territorial Youth Bands, marching in the Rose Bowl Parade, a visit to Disneyland and many other events.

REQUIREMENTS
1. Must be a uniformed Salvationist instrumentalist soldiering at a corps within the Canada and Bermuda Territory between the ages 16-30.
2. Submit an unedited audition video playing the provided excerpts.
3. $300 membership fee.
4. A valid passport.
5. TYB members must be available to attend the entire trip duration of
December 27 – January 4.
6. All materials (application, completed endorsement form and audition video) must be received by September 14, 2018.
7. Membership is contingent on:

Ongoing discipleship to Jesus Christ.

Active service and outstanding soldiership in corps.

Faithful participation in corresponding corps music sections where available.

Demonstration of musical skills through audition.

Full endorsement from corps and divisional leaders.
